Authorization: All repairs are pre-authorized based on your complete permission after we have fully explained the facts of the total cost and repair. This way, you know exactly what you are getting into before we begin the work.

Functioning parts: We honorably present the actual function of non-functioning or damaged parts to the owner before they make any decisions. We want you to feel confident in your decision to authorize the repairs.

Liability: We will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or accidents that may occur as a result of the work we perform on your vehicle. While we take great care in repairing your vehicle, there is always a risk of unknown issues arising.

Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and credit cards.
